The Role

Solutions Engineer , you’ll play a critical role in the sales cycle—consulting with buyers, understanding their challenges, and designing tailored solution visions. You’ll deliver engaging product demonstrations, contribute to proposal development, and influence buying decisions at the executive level. This is a hybrid position based in
Boston , working closely with a global team of Solutions Engineers across North America and Europe. You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team that values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth. What Does Success Look Like?
Driving the technical sales process and partnering with Sales to win new business. Understanding and supporting C-level conversations with clarity and strategic insight. What You’ll Be Doing: Understand buyer business challenges and define a solution vision that showcases value Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences Contribute to qualification, demo scoping, and sales closure plans Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Professional Services to provide feedback and align on solutions Stay up to date on product capabilities and industry trends relevant to your buyers What You’ll Bring: Confident and dynamic presenter with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers Experience diagnosing complex business challenges and designing tailored SaaS solutions Background in Workforce Management, LMS, or related SaaS platforms A strong sense of curiosity, professionalism, and a passion for improving the lives of frontline workers Collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a high-performing team A technical edge and genuine interest in how software solves real-world problems Please note:
