Senior Software Training Lead

with a blend of software development expertise and proven training program leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built software training programs from the ground up, translating complex technical concepts into comprehensive learning experiences while delivering training to enterprise customers. Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with Virtru partners/customers to provide training on how to deploy, administer and develop with Virtru’s Data Security Platform Develop and lead in-person, virtual, and asynchronous training programs Create, update, and maintain dynamic curricula with input from subject matter experts, software engineering, and product teams Develop new and additional course materials for different user personas Maintain a broad and technical understanding of Virtru’s Data Security Platform policy syntax, policy engine, administration, and SDKs Define metrics and KPIs to measure training effectiveness and business impact Develop certification programs and assessment strategies from scratch Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software or software developer training and education, including building a training program from scratch Experience producing multimedia educational content with support from subject matter experts, software engineers, and product managers Experience integrating content into an LMS Deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms Self-starter and system-level thinker who proactively identifies and communicates content and curriculum issues Strong communications skills Familiarity with enterprise software patterns and integration challenges Proven track record of creating training programs that drive measurable business outcomes Experience training developers, system administrators, and technical architects Background in instructional design for technical audiences Preferred

Familiarity with ICAM/IdAM fundamentals (classification regimes; access control approaches including RBAC/ABAC; PKI) Familiarity with multiple LMS platforms and deploying them in organizations Experience creating custom certifications and accreditation paths for students and partners Virtru qualities and environment
