Lead a team of sales professionals, building your own squad to win against old-school payroll systems. Run appointments 3 to 4 days a week with reps to demonstrate cutting-edge solutions. Develop talent and close sales with a proven track record. Work remotely as a work-from-home field sales leader; live locally. Train and coach the sales team; maintain regular communication with leaders and reps. Promote from within based on merit; roles include Sales Leadership, Business Development, Revenue Operations. Maintain client-centric approach and contribute to a collaborative culture. Must Haves / Qualifications
You're the face of the company with an optimistic attitude. We are seeking a candidate with hustle and not a Desk Sales Executive. Professionalism and integrity; no shady behavior. Growth mindset; be able to show development since 2022. High sense of urgency and innate sales talent; this is not a game. Strong communication; train and coach reps regularly. W2 employment with benefits (Medical, Dental, Life, Disability). Uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity for first-year Heartland Division Manager.
