As our Division Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, building your own squad to take on traditional payroll systems. You’ll run appointments 3 to 4 days a week with your reps to demonstrate how our cutting-edge solutions can revolutionize their business operations.

Responsibilities

Lead a division of sales reps: recruit, coach, develop, and close sales with a proven track record.

Run appointments with new and veteran reps on a daily basis to demonstrate how Heartland solutions can improve business operations.

Recruit using social media and other approaches to attract top talent.

Prospect, communicate, present, and network with CPAs and Brokers to build the sales pipeline.

Work independently and as part of a team, comfortable in your own skin and around others.

Develop talent and close sales with a focus on growth and leadership.

Work-from-home field sales leadership role; candidates must live locally.

Qualifications / Must Haves

You’re the face of the company and bring your best optimistic game.

We are seeking more hustle than a Desk Sales Executive.

Professionalism and integrity are essential; no shady practices.

Growth mindset is required; stay engaged and proactive.

A high sense of urgency and innate sales talent because this is sales, not a game.

Strong communication; keep in regular touch with your sales leaders and reps, training and coaching your team.

Promotion from within is a priority; opportunity for advancement in Leadership, Business Development, and Revenue Operations.

Compensation expectations: first-year Heartland Division Manager may earn an average of $90,000 - $130,000+ in uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
