As our Division Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, building your own squad to take on the arch-nemesis of old-school payroll systems. You\'ll run appointments 3 to 4 days a week with your reps to demonstrate how our cutting-edge solutions can revolutionize their business operations. What\'s in it for you? We need someone who can recruit like a boss, using social media and other techniques to bring in top talent. If you can\'t prospect, be resourceful, communicate, present, and network with CPAs and Brokers like a boss, this might not be the gig for you. You'll be working independently and as part of a team, so you\'d better be comfortable in your own skin as well as around others. We\'re looking for a pro at developing talent and closing sales with a proven track record. This is a work-from-home field sales leadership opportunity, and candidates must live locally. Must Haves

You\'re the face of the company, bring your best optimistic game, always. If you\'re a Desk Sales Executive, this may not be the role for you; we\'re looking for someone with more hustle. Professionalism and integrity are a must. Growth mindset and curiosity about the industry since 2022. High sense of urgency and innate sales talent; this isn\'t a game, it\'s sales. Excellent communication; you\'ll keep in regular contact with your sales leaders and reps, training and coaching. Promotion from within based on merit; opportunities across Sales Leadership, Business Development, Revenue Operations, etc. Benefits include medical, dental, life, and disability coverage (W2). Compensation: a first-year Heartland Division Manager may expect an average of $90,000 - $130,000+ in the form of uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. Background check and valid driver\'s license with auto insurance are required.
