Compensation:

DFW metro area , is seeking a
Director of Corporate Development
to lead
M&A strategy, deal execution, and post-acquisition integration.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. As a key member of the corporate leadership team, the
Director of Corporate Development
will partner with executive leadership and private equity sponsors to identify and execute
strategic acquisitions, capital investments, and corporate growth initiatives
that enhance enterprise value. Position Overview: This role will focus on
end-to-end M&A execution,
including
target sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and integration planning.
The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity,
with proven experience leading complex transactions. Key Responsibilities: M&A Strategy:
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets aligned with the company’s strategic growth objectives. Deal Execution:
Lead transaction processes, including
financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and negotiations. Private Equity Collaboration:
Work closely with PE sponsors to develop and execute M&A strategies that drive value creation. Financial Analysis & Valuation:
Conduct financial modeling, synergy analysis, and ROI assessments to support investment decisions. Due Diligence:
Oversee financial, operational, and strategic due diligence efforts to assess risks and opportunities. Integration Planning:
Develop and execute post-merger integration strategies to maximize value realization. Capital Allocation:
Support capital deployment strategies, working closely with finance and executive leadership to optimize investment returns. Market & Industry Research:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities for expansion. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field;
MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience
in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or private equity. Strong
M&A deal execution experience,
including target evaluation, due diligence, and financial modeling. Exceptional
financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis skills. Proven ability to
manage cross-functional teams and drive complex transactions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging with
executive leadership and private equity stakeholders. Strong knowledge of
capital markets, private equity transactions, and corporate finance. Experience working in a
PE-backed, high-growth environment
