to join our team as a
Leasing & Sales Specialist . About the Role
This position is ideal for an agent looking to focus on property management listings and leasing, or for a sales agent seeking to expand their business to include rental property clients. You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with investors and property owners, while developing a recurring income stream through leasing commissions and renewals. We are specifically looking for a Broker that is able to support the Western Side of Wake County and Beyond. Specifically, Cary/Apex/Fuquay/Morrisville/Durham. What We Offer
Recurring Income Opportunities – Rental properties typically turn over every 12–24 months, allowing you to work with repeat clients regularly. Fast Turnaround Times – With an average time on market of less than 30 days, our leasing process helps you earn quickly. Qualified Lead Support – While agents are expected to generate leads, Oak City Properties also provides direct listing and renter leads. Commission-Based Compensation – Earn commission on every property you list and lease, plus showing commissions (often over $100 per lease) when working with renters. We also offer very competitive Sales Commissions. Career Growth – We promote from within and offer clear paths to management roles for consistent top performers. Who We’re Looking For
Licensed NC Real Estate Broker (required) Experience in residential leasing and/or sales (preferred) Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented Excellent communication and customer service skills A desire to grow professionally in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment At Oak City Properties, we value integrity, teamwork, and personal growth.
