Position Overview

Provide administrative support to and act as a liaison between the CEO, Chamber staff, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

Provide high-level, tailored support to the organization’s president and CEO. Manage the president and CEO’s calendar in an organized and efficient manner, including scheduling meetings and appointments and coordinating extensive domestic and international travel arrangements. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the president and CEO. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring the president and CEO is well-prepared. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Precisely and strategically execute a variety of tasks with high attention to detail, organization, and process. Help plan and implement special projects and events as directed by the president and CEO, including some of a personal nature. Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents. Maintain organized records and files for the Executive Office. Partner closely with colleagues to plan and execute meetings and coordinate shared activities. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications

Exceptional scheduling, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to oversee multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and pivot and reprioritize at a moment’s notice. Outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills with grace under pressure and attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating creativity, flexibility, initiative, and problem solving. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality with a strong sense of diplomacy, judgment, and personal accountability. A positive and professional attitude and able to deftly interact with individuals at all levels. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Intellectual curiosity with a knowledge of and passion for issues affecting the business community. Proficient in Microsoft 365 and research skills. Flexibility to work overtime. Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors.
