Executive Legal Recruiter | Former Attorney | Dad | Connecting Attorneys with Top Roles in the PNW I am currently working with the Seattle office of a prestigious national law firm widely recognized for its exceptional pro bono commitment and social responsibility. This is an opportunity to join a collegial, team‑oriented environment, work on complex, high‑stakes transactions from day one, and receive direct mentorship from nationally recognized real estate attorneys while contributing meaningfully to the community. The firm’s Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a junior associate to work on sophisticated, high‑value transactions in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. You will work both independently and as part of a team on matters such as mortgage and mezzanine financings (lender or borrower side), acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing transactions, and joint venture deals. Base Salary:
$235,000 – $310,000, commensurate with experience Pro Bono Credit:
Up to 200 pro bono hours may be applied toward billable requirement Benefits:
