Overview
Your opportunity The Lead Revenue Accountant will be working closely with the Revenue Accounting Senior Manager to build out our revenue accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities
Manage the revenue-related month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely recognition of revenue Review customer contracts and non-standard terms to determine appropriate revenue treatment and document accounting conclusions Prepare and reconcile revenue-related schedules, including deferred revenue, contract assets/liabilities, etc. Assist with financial and SOX audit controls Participate in streamlining and process improvement projects Support management in completing special projects, ad-hoc requests, and other assigned tasks related to revenue accounting Qualifications
5+ years of combined experience across public companies and the Big 4 audit and accounting advisory practices Strong accounting knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 and Order to Cash process US public company experience, particularly in a SOX-controlled environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Bonus points
SaaS and/or consumption revenue experience is strongly preferred Experience with Zuora, SalesForce CPQ, and NetSuite preferred Additional details
Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Salary range: $138,000 - $172,000 USD. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on skills, qualifications, and experience.
