Overview
2026 Blackstone Government Relations Summer Analyst
– Washington, DC (with periodic travel to the NYC office). The role supports the Government Relations team with researching, monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating federal, state, and local legislative and regulatory issues and their impact. Responsibilities
Providing analysis, writing, and editing support on policy memos and external communications. Supporting editing/development of content/messaging (written docs, grassroots). Conducting research and analyzing important policy issues for dissemination and analysis. Supporting thought-leadership opportunities and presentation development. Coordinating and preparing for visits with Federal, State and City government and elected officials. Supporting special projects. Working in close collaboration with Government Relations advisors. Qualifications
Strong professional integrity and drive. Meticulous attention to detail. Proactive and resourceful; effectively multi-tasking and delivering results. A track record in successful professional relationship building and policy advocacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex technical information into clear messages that resonate with policy and regulatory audiences. Application requirements
Current undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027. Resume must include major, expected graduation month/year and GPA. Resume must be in PDF format. Additional information
