to lead our clients
Outside & Inside Sales
department for a
Global Flow Control OEM . Your role will be pivotal in driving Top line and Bottom Line improvement. Using your Flow Control industry expertise and
strong customer relationship development
skills, you will be the main Sales Leader to help drive our client's strategic growth objectives and ensuring exceptional customer sales support. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, coach & motivate a high performing International Sales Management Team, Reps & International Distribution Channels across the Americas (inc. South America & Europe) whilst driving continuous improvement. Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute tactical sales plans to achieve and exceed goals targeting multi $MM targets. Collaborate with engineering teams to effectively communicate technical solutions. Oversee improvement of key performance sales management indicators, sales activities, sales team performance, recruitment, and closing key negotiations. Work closely with the President of the company and Operational team. Market Expansion & Key Customer Relationship Building
Identify and expand into new markets and build strong relationships with OEMs and distribution partners. Serve as the face of the company at major industry events and conferences. Qualifications
Proven experience in global sales management within the manufacturing sector. Strong leadership, motivating, coaching skills; willing to coach and develop sales talent is highly important. Proven technical experience across diverse Fluid / Gas Control products i.e. Valves, Fluid Delivery Systems, Pump Systems, Sealing Products, Fluid Connectors, Piping Systems, Actuations / Motion products, Sensors or Flow / Pressure Instrumentation. Proven industry experience across diverse markets; Industrial, Water, Microelectronics, Chemicals, Plastics, Oil & Gas or similar market spaces. Excellent communication skills, particularly with mechanical, application and technical support engineering teams. Willingness to travel extensively up to 40% annually. Why join our client?
