Account Manager, GenAI Startups, GenAI Startup Team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and continue to expand the business with strategic GenerativeAI startups. You will build and maintain broad relationships in the account, develop and manage opportunities, and lead a large team of extended resources. You will define an exec relationship strategy within the account, including building a strong working relationship with the AWS senior leadership team for executive sponsorship, executive business reviews, and shaping go-to-market opportunities. Key responsibilities
Experience as a quota carrying technology field sales individual, or business development professional. Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies. Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business. Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects for GenerativeAI Startups. Define and execute an executive relationship strategy within the account, including engagement with AWS senior leadership for sponsorship and business reviews. About the team / Culture

5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Base pay ranges from $83,100/year to $177,800/year depending on market location and experience. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total package. This position will remain posted until filled.
