Overview
FLO PILATES is coming to Palo Alto this Winter - a boutique Reformer + Cadillac studio dedicated to mindful movement and elevated client care.
We’re recruiting experienced,
certified Pilates instructors
who are eager to:
Adapt to our signature programming and evolving class formats
Deliver precise, uplifting instruction in both group and private settings

Employee status with steady, reliable pay
$35–$75/hour (commensurate with experience and credentials)

Flexible scheduling—choose how much or how little you teach
Opportunities to specialize in fitness flow, stretch recovery, or traditional Pilates formats
Qualifications
450+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification (Mat and Reformer required)
Familiarity or certification in Cadillac, Chair, and other apparatus is a STRONG PLUS
A contemporary approach to classical Pilates
Confidence teaching clients of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels
Comfortable with small group formats and personalized feedback
Excellent communication and client service skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Passion for continuous learning and willingness to attend training
Responsibilities
Guide group, private, and semi-private Pilates sessions rooted in safe and intelligent movement
Confidently cue and correct using both anatomical knowledge and visual demonstrations
Offer effective modifications and progressions for various client needs
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive studio environment
Uphold FLO’s values of transformation, presence, and purpose in every class
Collaborate with the studio team on curriculum, special classes, and community engagement
Help clients reconnect with their bodies—and their potential
