The Nonprofit Development Manager will lead fundraising initiatives across grassroots, individual giving, major donors, corporate partnerships, and grants. This role will cultivate donor relationships, support large-scale events, and drive long-term fundraising growth. Working closely with leadership, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing organization dedicated to advancing social justice and community health. Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range:
$90,000.00/yr - $96,000.00/yr Full medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% employee, partial dependents) Five weeks of paid time off plus holidays, summer, and winter breaks $1,000 annual continuing education credit for professional development Retirement plan Responsibilities
Build, implement, and manage comprehensive fundraising programs across multiple channels. Lead donor cultivation, stewardship, and communications to deepen relationships and expand support. Oversee donor database (Bloomerang preferred) and ensure accurate reporting and acknowledgments. Manage grant writing, submissions, and reporting in partnership with leadership. Plan and support large-scale fundraising events, including the annual gala. Track, evaluate, and report on fundraising outcomes to guide strategy. Qualifications
Demonstrated success leading and growing fundraising programs. Strong grant writing and reporting experience. Proficiency with donor management databases (Bloomerang or similar). Excellent communication skills with ability to connect across diverse communities. Collaborative, equity-driven approach with strong organizational skills. About Our Search Firm
