What you will do The S4 program is a critical component of the Kenvue strategy to become a digital first company. We are investing significantly to transform our core ERP landscape, this through the implementation of a single global instance of SAPs S4 Hana platform. This will unlock significant value and establish a best in class foundation for our S4 Digital Core.
This position is responsible for overseeing the S4 ERP design and implementation across the NA countries, connecting across all the workstream to ensure streamlined end-to-end design and bring subject matter expertise across the board. This role and the S4 project provides a great opportunity to work with a global team and connect with multiple regions across Kenvue.
Key Responsibilities
Be a change agent, educating the teams of the benefits of the new global Consumer S4 ERP
Understand ERP capabilities to maximise the automation and integration within the ERP and identify where bolt ons are required to ensure best in-class execution
Engage with the stakeholders to prepare them and their teams for the S4 implementation in NA
Have a good end-to-end knowledge on the new design in order to be able to explain new ways of working
Gain a complete understanding of country nuances in order to drive an assessment of statutory required process adaptations
Tight liaison between the process design teams and the business
Ensure that new processes to be documented for user training and aligned roles and responsibilities
Lead compliance and controls processes end-to-end
Contribute to roll out timelines and phasing to meet Consumer business needs
Accountabilities
Deliver future looking ERP design fit for successful Consumer business
Align on roadmap priorities
Partner closely between financial reporting new tools and systems and ensure seamless connection between those and our new ERP (S4)
Advise on S4 accounting configurations to effectively feed new finance reporting solutions
Drive implementation to roadmap plan
Lead S4 supply chain testing execution plan
Facilitate S4 training plan
People Management
Take the ownership for employee performance and development in a way that maximizes the performance and development of self and others
Empower people to act with speed, agility and accountability, enabling them to achieve their goals
Make decisions and take actions based on a global and/or enterprise-wide mindset that adds value across the organization

What we are looking for Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or an internationally qualified accountant equivalent
A minimum of 8-10 years job experience in different finance functions
Detailed knowledge of supply chain flows, including principle accounting and management versus statutory reporting
Track record of collaboration with range of partners to drive end-to-end thinking
US GAAP accounting experience
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Strong analytical skills
What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $124,100.00 - $175,200.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
