The Journey/Solution Architect – Workplace is responsible for articulating what is possible for our customers to transform their business for the hybrid-cloud era with productivity suites such as Microsoft 365 and Cisco technologies. You will work alongside a team of sales professionals to architect solutions that enable a modern workplace, and you will represent Softchoice as a top solutions provider by unlocking customers’ potential to be future-ready through technology. What You’ll Do

Showcase a growth mindset by first understanding our customers\' business challenges and then designing a solution to achieve the end goal efficiently. Act as a bridge between the sales team and customers; share insights on the latest productivity solutions from vendors such as Microsoft and Cisco, formulate approaches to business challenges, host workshops with leaders from the C-Level down, and translate technical jargon for varied audiences. Challenge customers with well-researched, tailored insights to promote innovative solutions that maximize outcomes. Create an excellent experience for customers and internal stakeholders with adaptable communications; document the agreed-upon solution through detailed statements of work that reflect professionalism. What You’ll Bring To The Table

Passion for empowering people with technology to thrive in the workplace. A learner mindset with curiosity about new technologies and their impact on customers\' businesses. Ability to guide people to the right solution while helping them feel it was their decision. Inclusive communication skills, in writing and speaking, that make others feel heard regardless of rank. Leadership presence; readiness to tackle tough conversations and collaborate openly. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including to C-level executives. 7+ years of technology-focused experience; 4+ years in services pre-sales or post-sales delivery/support. Mastery of at least two of the following required technologies, with a plan to develop expertise in others. Required Technologies
