The Impact You Will Have The hybrid‑cloud era demands rapid digital transformation. As a Solution Architect – Workplace you will help customers adopt productivity solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Cisco technologies, enabling secure collaboration and meaningful interactions.
What You’ll Do
Seek to understand customers’ business challenges first and design solutions that best achieve the end goal.
Act as a bridge between the sales team and customers, share up‑to‑date insights on Microsoft and Cisco productivity solutions, and translate complex technical language for all audiences.
Challenge customers with well‑researched, tailored insights to help them adopt the right solutions.
Create excellent experiences for customers and internal stakeholders with adaptable communication skills, documenting agreed‑upon solutions in detailed statements of work.

7+ years of industry experience in technology, 4+ years in services pre‑sales or post‑sales delivery/support.
Mastery of at least two of the required technologies, with a desire to develop expertise in secondary technologies.
