You will supervise and mentor team members, address complex technical accounting matters, and provide valuable insights to clients. You’ll also play a critical role in business development, client relationship management, and maintaining our high standards of audit quality.**Your key responsibilities*** Lead multiple audit engagements across diverse industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.* Provide expert advice to clients on financial reporting and business process improvements.* Oversee the review of complex financial statements and disclosures.* Actively contribute to business development through networking and relationship-building.* Coach, mentor, and develop team members, while also participating in recruitment activities.* Ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.**What we offer**1.
