We are seeking a driven
Business Performance Advisor (Outside Sales Consultant)
in
Miami, FL . In this consultative sales role, you will partner with small and midsized business owners to address their HR, payroll, and workforce needs with tailored solutions. This is a high-impact role offering strong earning potential, uncapped commission, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a growing, recession-proof industry. Responsibilities
Identify and prospect small to midsized businesses in the Miami market. Conduct consultative sales meetings with business owners and executives to uncover HR challenges and recommend solutions. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, closing, and onboarding new clients. Build and maintain a strong professional network to expand the sales pipeline. Partner with internal service teams to ensure a seamless transition and strong client experience. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Qualifications
3+ years of proven success in
consultative B2B sales
(PEO, HR solutions, SaaS, payroll, professional services strongly preferred). Experience selling to the C-suite and business owners with an advisory approach. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and financial acumen. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and sales activities. Compensation & Benefits
Year 1 OTE:
Salary Base: $75,000; Year 1 OTE: $110,000 – $140,000 Benefits Day 1:
