Patient Recruitment Marketing Specialist - MIND Institute Job Responsibilities
Develop and grow a new potential client base for our patient database. Lead and facilitate recruitment efforts for the Site to meet monthly enrollment targets. Coordinate, develop, execute, and maintain relationships with key community groups to cultivate awareness of our services. Collaborate closely with the Nurse Registry Administrator; serve as an integral member of the MIND Institute Site Team. Participate in special events and organizational marketing activities. Develop a marketing program and growth strategy; maintain promotional materials and mailing lists. Travel within service area as needed (up to 75%). Track and report growth metrics and KPIs related to events and client growth. Conduct community outreach activities including presentations and one-on-one engagements with community groups (e.g., Acute/Outpatient settings, Case Management). Manage follow-up communications from internal and external referrals and nurture new potential clients from events. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (case management, hospitals, physicians, and other clinical organizations) and coordinate community outreach programs. Identify suitable study candidates based on protocol criteria and facilitate transition from outpatient/inpatient treatment to study participation. Support pre-screening activities, including data entry and maintenance of the pre-screen database; provide site leadership for proper usage. Develop or assist with advertising plans; manage the study advertising budget in collaboration with the Site Manager. Provide administrative and operational support as a member of the site team. Meet monthly KPIs to assess event effectiveness and client growth; monitor market trends and competition. Plan and develop short-term and long-term recruitment strategies. Assume additional assignments as needed. Qualifications
Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, mental health or related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, mental health, marketing, or related fields; equivalent combinations may be accepted. Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance for use of personal vehicle, as needed. Abilities: Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred. Ability to plan, develop, implement, and adapt programming for diverse cognitive levels and abilities. Self-directed with strong organization, prioritization and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of cognitive stimulation programs is a plus. Enthusiasm for interacting with individuals with neurocognitive disorders; additional language skills are a plus. Environment and Organizational Expectations
