Recent graduate in Engineering or Applied Sciences (Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Chemical, or Biochemical preferred). Basic lab experience Comfortable with hands-on work and heavy equipment Okay working in messy or sticky environments Able to work in hot and humid conditions (e.g., 9049F, 70% humidity). Insight Global is looking for an Entry Level Engineer to join hybrid in Valhalla, NY. In this hands-on engineering role, this person will work closely with both internal and external team members to execute project test plans and support the development and commercialization of the company's full service beverage equipment. Responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining sensory testing platforms—such as frozen beverage machines—performing basic troubleshooting, and supporting field studies to evaluate equipment performance. This person will assist engineers in testing under various environmental conditions (e.g., high heat and humidity), conduct design analysis, and contribute to the refinement of testing methodologies. While the role is predominantly physical and equipment-focused, you’ll also be expected to handle data collection and perform basic analysis to inform engineering decisions. This position reports to a higher level engineer and collaborates across teams to ensure successful product launches within the company's beverage portfolio. Seniority level
