Job Title:
R&D Lab Technician

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Job Description:
We are looking for an R&D Lab Technician to support beverage product development in a lab setting. The ideal candidate will assist scientists with experiments, operate lab equipment, and prepare samples for testing.
Responsibilities:
Support R&D projects by preparing beverage samples and executing lab experiments
Maintain lab supplies, inventory, and storage studies
Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment
Prepare and organize samples for sensory and analytical testing
Assist scientists with ingredient orders and product evaluations
Skills Required:
Hands‑on experience with lab work and experiments
Good organization and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and communicate results clearly
Proactive, reliable, and team‑oriented
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
AS or BS degree in a scientific field
Previous experience in food or beverage industry
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., ingredients or cases)
