A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to provide services in an elementary school setting within the Palo Alto area. This contract opportunity spans the 2025-2026 full school year and offers options for full-time or part-time engagement. The district serves students from PreK through Grade 8, ensuring a diverse and rewarding caseload that aligns with California state guidelines. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs. Deliver direct therapy services tailored to individual student goals. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student outcomes. Adhere to district policies and state regulations for speech-language pathology practice. Qualifications and Desired Experience

Valid Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in PreK-8 settings. Knowledge of California Speech-Language related laws and guidelines. Strong assessment and therapeutic skills with a focus on individualized student needs. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team. Location
