This role involves supporting clients with various accounting and finance tasks, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards such as ASC606 and ASC842. Key Responsibilities
Function in roles such as Controller, CFO, or Project Leader for clients Manage multiple client stakeholders effectively Prepare accounting reports and lead ad hoc projects Oversee all aspects of financial closing processes Perform due diligence and assist with SEC reporting Resolve complex accounting issues and implement new accounting standards Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including public, private, or private equity sectors Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP Advanced MS Excel skills CPA certification is preferred Skills & Abilities
Technical expertise aligned with experience level Professionalism under pressure Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills Willingness to travel up to 50% Additional Information
