Fax Coordinator / Operational Analyst (Temp-to-Hire) – based in San Francisco, CA. This role supports the Clinical Care team by managing incoming and outgoing faxes, maintaining records, and assisting with operational processes to optimize patient outcomes and clinical workflows. What You’ll Be Doing

Receiving, sorting, and uploading incoming faxes, categorized by project and sender Communicating with internal teams to clarify information and resolve issues in the fax queue and documentation uploads in Arine software Ensuring all faxed information is handled in accordance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and internal security protocols Obtaining provider contact information to facilitate delivery of clinical interventions and communications Providing general administrative support as needed (e.g., clinical care meeting agendas, scheduling, note taking, organizing electronic files) Maintaining accurate records in Arine’s software and SRfax system Participating in process improvement and team meetings to optimize workflows Following up with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and provider groups to resolve clerical issues and update contact information and fax lines Undertaking other assigned projects Who You Are and What You Bring

Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience Experience with electronic medical records Administrative experience Strong time-management and multitasking skills Aptitude for learning new software and systems Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic) Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to work 40 hours/week (Monday–Saturday, up to 7 PM Pacific Time) Nice-to-Haves

Data entry experience Experience in ambulatory care settings, including taking medication histories Experience working in a busy healthcare environment Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Remote Work Requirements

Established private work area ensuring information privacy Stable high-speed internet connection for telephonic and remote work Remote role with on-site meetings multiple times per year (may include interview, onboarding, and team meetings) Perks

Benefits are provided from day one during the temporary period. The posted hourly rate is $17-20/hour, with final compensation determined by experience, level, location, and other criteria.
