Travel Nursing Job Details
Location: Boston, MA 02114 (Massachusetts healthcare jobs)
Setting: Emergency Department (ER Nurse)
Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/5/2025 – End: 1/3/2026)
Hours per Week: 36 or 48 hours
Shift: 12-Hour Nights, Day/Night Rotating, every other weekend & holidays
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1880 - $2020
Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active RN license with Emergency Room specialty (ER RN)
Minimum 4 years of RN experience in acute care or emergency nursing
At least 1 year of travel nursing and Level 1 trauma center experience required
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have last name beginning with M-Z (see additional order for A-L)
Completion of required onboarding, health, and background checks
Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
Accurately document patient care in electronic health records (EHR)
Participate in department meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing clinical education
