Overview
Location: Washington, DC area (travel/housing provided where applicable)
Role: Locum Nurse Practitioner in Urology / Urogynecology
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient urogynecology clinic
Practice: Collaborative with physician support
Focus areas: Pelvic floor disorders and overactive bladder; urinary incontinence; pelvic organ prolapse; chronic pelvic pain
Responsibilities
Provide NP-level care in an outpatient urogynecology clinic
Collaborate with supervising physicians and support staff
Manage patients with pelvic floor disorders, overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and chronic pelvic pain
Assist with coverage for medical leaves as needed
Support credentialing and privileging processes as part of onboarding
Coordinate with your recruiter for scheduling and logistic arrangements
Qualifications
Current Nurse Practitioner license in the appropriate state or eligibility to practice in the state
Experience with urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse preferred
Experience in pelvic floor disorders and related conditions is a plus
Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
