New Graduate Speech Pathologist role offering a structured 12-month program with mentorship and flexible work options in WA.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include: Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period Complete an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training, including introduction to Concentric and NDIS Allied Health Space Work in clinic and community settings across Westminster, Maddington, Midland, and Spearwood Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor Engage in quarterly alignment days for learning and team building Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on clinical and career excellence Utilize flexi-time and work-from-home opportunities to maintain work-life balance About You
What you\'ll need: Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology Full SPA Registration or eligibility upon graduation Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car Unrestricted Australian work rights Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Compensation & Benefits
