Director of Sales and Business Development Overview

This is a pure new-business, individual contributor role in cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate is highly driven by commission and uncapped earning potential and is skilled at building a strong pipeline from the ground up and closing deals. Responsibilities

Own end-to-end sales cycle for cybersecurity solutions targeting new business opportunities. Prospect and develop a robust sales pipeline; drive revenue growth from opening to close. Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to align offerings with client needs and close deals. Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of cybersecurity sales experience. Highly motivated by commission with uncapped earning potential. Proven track record in new-business development and quota attainment. Location & Compensation

Location: New York City area with a hybrid setup: 2 days on-site, 3 days remote. Flexible for outstanding candidates on the East Coast. Compensation: Double OTE; uncapped commission. Additional notes
