General Dentist
to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in
Keokuk, IA ! What is a community health center (FQHC)?
The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations. With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof. Role Details
Hours : Schedule flexibility within the clinic hours of Monday 8:00am-6:30pm, T/W 8:00am-4:30pm, Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm Sees on average

patients per day Provider team includes:
2 dentists, 2 registered dental hygienists, dental assistants, & support staff Operatories : 12 EHR : Epic Wisdom Duties:
Successful candidate will perform periodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Benefits
Student Loan Repayment Programs:
Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through state & federal programs Competitive Salary : $175,000-$234,000 based on experience + production incentive Additional $5 per hygienist chart
they sign off, paid monthly (estimated between $6000-$12,000 more annually) Eligible for
$10,000 bonus each year when signing a 3-year contract
and can continue annually for up to 5 years Licensing and Professional Subscriptions:
Reimbursement provided. Comprehensive Insurance:
Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability, and flexible spending available. Continuing Education:
5-10 paid days + $3000-$4000/year Paid Time Off:
20-28 PTO days/year + 7 paid holidays Retirement Plans : 403b (4% of salary plus 1% additional if employee contributes 2%); 457 plan eligible Malpractice Insurance:
