This is a Full Time, benefited 12 hour evening shift RN position at our Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego.

As an RN in the Pre-Op/PACU you will be responsible for :
pre -anesthesia preparation and observation and maintenance during the procedure
monitoring and caring for patients as they are coming out of sedation after surgery.
Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes
Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications Required:
One (1) year of recent RN experience in an acute care setting
California Registered Nurse License
Current BLS, ACLS from American Heart Association certifications
Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Telemetry experience
PACU, ICU or ED experience

Compensation Minimum Rate (USD): 58.00 - Maximum Rate (USD): 84.00
