LSSI is hiring a full-time

Clinical Director , Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Oversee the continuum of case management services in multiple adult case management programs, including CCM, FEP, CCBHC, and Homelessness. Provide clinical supervision to staff. Ensure compliance with various regulatory and funding bodies. Serve as Liaison between programs and Senior Director, AED. Ensure productivity metrics are being met.

Essential Functions:

Provide direct supervision to Supervisors and staff across multiple adult case management programs. Review documentation to ensure compliance with Medicaid and other funding standards. Coordinate and oversee all case management services to provide a continuum of case management care. Meet productivity and deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, DHS, the Williams and Colbert Consent Decrees and other funding/regulatory bodies. Complete all documentation per Rule 140/CCMTP requirements. Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including the NASW Code of Ethics. Transportation of clients in personal and agency vehicles is required. Complete IM+CANS and remain certified yearly. Performs other related tasks as needed. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, and other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.

Position Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social service field is required. LCSW/LCPC preferred. Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software. Proficiency in EHR documentation and review. Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards. 3-5 years of clinical experience with increasing levels of responsibility preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Access to reliable transportation. Transport self to/from client’s appointments as needed, comply with traffic laws/regulations, strong commitment to safety, good navigational skills. Valid Driver’s License in good standing for the state of residency and insurance. Valid Illinois statutory and liability insurance coverage is required.
