Prior professional experience is Ability to think critically, break down problems, and propose solutions (through academic projects, internships, volunteer, or work experiences). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to share ideas effectively in group projects, presentations, or customer-facing interactions. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks or projects and complete them with limited supervision. Familiarity with basic tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
