Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient IVF Clinic in Boston, MA. Seek an experienced RN to join a locum tenens assignment in the Longwood Medical Area, providing fertility care, reproductive endocrinology support, and compassionate patient services. Location: Boston, MA 02115 (Longwood Medical Area). Setting: Outpatient IVF/Fertility Clinic. Employment Type: Travel RN (locum tenens). Start Date: September 22, 2025. End Date: December 21, 2025. Duration: 13-week contract. Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 5x8 hour shifts/week, every other weekend. Hours per Week: 40. Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,210 - $2,370. Responsibilities – IVF & Fertility Care
Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing IVF and fertility treatments in an outpatient clinic Conduct follow-up telephone calls to patients across multiple states Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to co-manage IVF cycles Educate and support patients throughout their reproductive health journey Assist in managing GYN surgical patient population as needed Efficiently triage patient phone calls and coordinate clinical care Contribute to a collaborative, team-based healthcare environment Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN license and Compact RN license (required for interstate patient care) At least 1 year of recent experience in reproductive endocrinology, IVF, or fertility clinic Experience co-managing IVF cycles in a clinical setting Preferred: Experience with GYN surgical patient population Preferred: Team-based healthcare experience Strongly preferred: Experience triaging patient phone calls Ability to start ASAP to meet critical staffing needs Benefits
