Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to provide the United States Air Force an intelligence operations specialist, expert in the fields of intelligence and operations security (OPSEC). The incumbent will act as an advisor and assist the senior intelligence operations specialists on all intelligence and operations security matters. Salary ranges include local market supplements. Major Duties
Advises the program manager, unit commander and higher headquarters on policy related to the initiation and execution of unusual, sensitive, and complex deception issues and associated problems impacting the unit\'s operational mission. Assists in managing the overall security management program as it relates to operational security. Develops and implements unit policies, standards, procedures, and training for effective management of all aspects of operations security to ensure information and resources are properly protected. Conducts extensive research from non-governmental/military resources in the development and implementation of organizational deception plans. Incumbent must prepare lesson plans, create training slides, conduct classroom training and conducts field exercises in support of deception training. Incumbent assists in training personnel.
