Minimum Qualifications:
Final year or recent MBA graduate. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in benchmarking, market research, competitor analysis, and GTM strategy. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Ownership mindset with initiative to identify business challenges and develop innovative solutions; self-starter attitude with focus on continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with strategic analysis toolkits (issue trees, expert interviews, data analysis). Experience in GTM, consumer engagement, and merchandising strategies, preferably in a 3P or marketplace environment. Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88,920 - $144,400 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package; role may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off (holidays, sick days, and personal time). Benefits programs may be modified at any time. For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) candidates, the company adheres to applicable fair chance laws.
