Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Location: Redwood City, CA 94063 (California nursing jobs) Healthcare Setting: Labor & Delivery Unit Start Date: August 17, 2025 End Date: March 31, 2026 Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed Contract Duration: 32 weeks Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,830–$3,030 per week Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent full-time Labor & Delivery RN experience (within last 3 years) Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active California Registered Nurse License Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification ACLS certification Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field Preferred: 5+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience (within last 2 years) Preferred: 1 year of high-risk labor and delivery experience (within last 2 years) Preferred: High Risk OB experience Responsibilities
Deliver expert clinical care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor and delivery Assist with high-risk deliveries and obstetric emergencies Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures Apply now
