This role leads across key areas of Procurement including digitalization, risk management and responsible sourcing/ESG, business process optimization, data analytics, reporting & performance management, program management and training. Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute the Procurement strategy with alignment to global business units and stakeholders across functions. Digital Strategy (Source to Pay): Lead development and execution of technologies to drive efficiency and step-level improvement in the source-to-pay value stream. Risk Management and Responsible Sourcing (ESG): Define and govern strategy to identify, assess, and mitigate procurement risks; champion ESG integration into procurement processes. Business Processes: Establish and optimize procurement processes, systems and policies; leverage Global Business Solutions (GBS) and drive governance and SLA delivery. Data Analytics: Lead advanced analytics to inform decision-making, improve category management and mitigate supply chain risks. Reporting & Performance Management: Own procurement reporting and performance management; contribute to Annual Strategic Plan (ASR). Training and Development: Develop a cutting-edge learning program with role-based assessments, curriculum, and governance. Other: Lead the global procurement policy and process standards; interface with GBS and support audits as required. Requirements
Understanding of Source to Pay processes including category management, contract management and P2P best practices, policies, and tools. Experience developing and implementing Digital Procurement Strategies (Source to Pay). Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to integrate into business processes. Proven experience driving large-scale change management across a global matrix organization. Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain risk and resiliency and ESG regulations. Experience with Global Business Service Organizations and/or shared services. Experience with Supplier Management and presenting to C-suite. Hands-on problem solving with bias for action. Experience with platforms such as SAP, JD Edwards, Coupa, iValua, GEP; knowledge of P2P. Lean/Six Sigma training or experience with Lean methodologies. Ability to work across cultures and regions with strong interpersonal skills. Procurement policy and process knowledge. Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain. Click on Apply
