Tax Manager
to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about mentoring others, optimizing tax strategies, and driving results. Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex tax engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts Review and prepare federal, state, and local tax returns Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients Supervise, mentor, and train staff and senior accountants Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services Stay current on tax law changes and communicate implications to clients and team Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and strategic initiatives Qualifications
CPA license required Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We Offer
