opportunity on the Private Client Services Team here at ARB. As an ARB Senior Tax Manager, You Will:
Review tax returns for high net worth clients including individuals, Trusts, Gift, and related passthrough businesses, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Act as an advisor to high net worth clients on complex tax planning strategies including wealth transfer considerations. Champion, train, and support team members in their technical and professional development. Structure, oversee, and collaborate with our leadership team on a variety of engagements. Lead client service teams with a people-first mindset, ensuring excellent service, timely execution, and ongoing team growth. Research and communicate solutions to complex tax issues, leveraging creativity and deep tax law knowledge and related implications. Collaborate with other professional advisors including attorneys, financial advisors and insurance advisors. To be an ARB Senior Tax Manager, You Have:
A solid track record within public accounting; with a proven mix of strong technical expertise, leadership, and client management skills. (Ideally, 10+yrs of experience) A confidence working with CCH Axcess, Caseware, and CCH Fixed Assets (or similar tax software). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex tax matters to diverse audiences both internally and externally. Proven relationship-building and project management skills, with a client-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines while fostering a collaborative work environment.
