Technical Leadership*** Provide expert-level support for 5G NSA/SA, NTN, O-RAN architecture, and Small Cell deployments.* Lead integration and troubleshooting of xPON and DOCSIS systems.* Optimize Wi-Fi performance across residential and enterprise environments.* Support IoT device integration with cloud and edge platforms.**2. Customer Engagement*** Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, offering performance tuning and deployment strategies.* Conduct deep-dive analysis of field issues and deliver actionable insights.* Provide on-site and remote training to customer teams on product usage and best practices.**3. Product & Field Feedback*** Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback.* Translate field challenges into feature requests and improvement proposals.* Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap and development priorities.**4.
