Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership
Provide expert-level support for 5G NSA/SA, NTN, O-RAN architecture, and Small Cell deployments. Lead integration and troubleshooting of xPON and DOCSIS systems. Optimize Wi-Fi performance across residential and enterprise environments. Support IoT device integration with cloud and edge platforms. 2. Customer Engagement
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, offering performance tuning and deployment strategies. Conduct deep-dive analysis of field issues and deliver actionable insights. Provide on-site and remote training to customer teams on product usage and best practices. 3. Product & Field Feedback
Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback. Translate field challenges into feature requests and improvement proposals. Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap and development priorities. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with R&D and QA teams to resolve complex bugs and performance issues. Support pre-sales activities with Sales and Business Development teams, including technical presentations and solution design. Participate in certification processes with MNOs and regulatory bodies. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in wireless communication, networking, or embedded systems. Strong understanding of 5G protocols, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies. Knowledge of Open SW platforms standards such as OpenWRT, Prpl Foundation, RDKB, and so on Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to travel for field support and customer engagements.
