Technical Leadership Provide expert-level support for 5G NSA/SA, NTN, O-RAN architecture, and Small Cell deployments. Lead integration and troubleshooting of xPON and DOCSIS systems. Optimize Wi-Fi performance across residential and enterprise environments. Support IoT device integration with cloud and edge platforms. Customer Engagement Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, offering performance tuning and deployment strategies. Conduct deep-dive analysis of field issues and deliver actionable insights. Provide on-site and remote training to customer teams on product usage and best practices. Product & Field Feedback Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback. Translate field challenges into feature requests and improvement proposals. Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap and development priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with R&D and QA teams to resolve complex bugs and performance issues. Support pre-sales activities with Sales and Business Development teams, including technical presentations and solution design. Participate in certification processes with MNOs and regulatory bodies. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in wireless communication, networking, or embedded systems. Strong understanding of 5G protocols, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies. Knowledge of Open SW platforms standards such as OpenWRT, Prpl Foundation, RDKB, and similar. Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to travel for field support and customer engagements. Education
