Pediatrix is seeking a BC Neonatal Hospitalist to become an integral part of our collaborative NICU team at Tacoma General Hospital, a premier Level III/IV facility serving a diverse and growing community. Be part of a high-acuity NICU with approximately 4,000 annual deliveries, where your expertise will make a real difference in the lives of newborns and their families. Rotate through Level II nurseries in Auburn and Puyallup, gaining a broad spectrum of neonatal care experience. Collaborate with a dedicated group of neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric specialists in a collegial and mission-driven environment. About The Area

Tacoma is nestled near Mount Rainier National Park, offering a blend of urban sophistication and natural beauty. Prime Location: 32 miles from Seattle with access to Vancouver, WA/Oregon, the Pacific Ocean, and the Cascade Mountains. Outdoor opportunities include skiing, mountaineering, boating, and hiking. Rich cultural scene with museums, arts, wineries, and microbreweries. Financial perk: Washington has no state income tax. Qualifications

BC Pediatrics with prior hospitalist experience preferred Benefits And Compensation

Pay Range (Base Pay):

$160,000 - $200,000 Other Types of Pay:
