Head of Business Development
to lead its institutional sales function across North America and EMEA. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strategic, hands-on executive who can drive revenue growth while managing and mentoring a high-performing team. The successful candidate will bring deep experience selling into financial institutions and consulting firms, and a proven ability to lead in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute the firm’s business development strategy across institutional and consulting clients Manage a team of 2-6 sales professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance oversight Cultivate and expand relationships with private equity firms, hedge funds, asset managers, and global consultancies Drive new business acquisition and long-term client retention Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction Candidate Profile
Minimum
15 years of experience
in business development, sales leadership, or client relationship management Demonstrated success selling B2B services or subscription-based information platforms to institutional clients Strong leadership and team-building capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strategic mindset with a track record of driving growth and innovation Why This Role?
