Requirements Provide prompt and friendly support to customers via phone, email, and in-person

Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Document interactions and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to improve service processes

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services

Qualifications

Approximately 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism

Comfortable working fully onsite in the Brecksville, OH area

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Compensation & Schedule

Direct hire, full-time position

Pay up to $24 per hour, based on experience

Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
