The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation and distribution of goods while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain ManagementCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of productsMonitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levelsManage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providersDocumentation and CompliancePrepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and delivery receiptsEnsure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulationsMaintain detailed records of all logistics activities and generate regular reportsProcess returns and exchanges in accordance with company policiesCustomer ServiceRespond to customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery schedulesResolve shipping-related issues and coordinate with relevant departmentsMaintain communication with customers throughout the delivery processTechnology and SystemsUtilize logistics management software and tracking systemsMaintain accurate data entry in inventory management systemsGenerate reports using various software platformsStay updated on new logistics technologies and recommend improvements???????Pay - $20-22 / hour based on experienceRequired QualificationsEducation and Experience2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordinationExperience with logistics software and inventory management systemsTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExperience with ERP systems and logistics software platformsKnowledge of shipping regulations and customs proceduresUnderstanding of transportation modes and freight classificationsCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDetail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and documentationPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift packages up to 25 pounds occasionallyComfortable working in warehouse environments when necessaryAbility to stand, walk, and move around facilities as neededPI84f8496b1b86-35196-38502268
