Document participation and progress of residents in activities, providing feedback to the care team. Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages residents to participate and socialize. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with individuals with memory impairments or in a similar care setting. Preferred Qualifications
Certification in therapeutic recreation or a related field. Experience in developing and implementing activity programs for seniors.
