Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Indirect Auto Loan Processor to join their client's team in Scripps Ranch. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth processing of auto loans and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. The position offers a competitive pay of $22 per hour and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

Process indirect auto loan applications with precision and attention to detail. Verify and review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy. Communicate effectively with dealerships and other financial institutions to resolve any discrepancies or issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan processing systems and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and support to all stakeholders involved in the loan process. Requirements: Highschool Diploma or greater Experience: A minimum of one year of auto loan processing experience with a financial institution.

Consumer lending knowledge and experience in reviewing credit reports is a plus.

Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Symitar and MeridianLink.. Work Hours:

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Location: Scripps Ranch. Contract role until Thanksgiving
